Our program consists of 5-rotating days focusing on mobility – muscular endurance – power – strength & power – strength – and sustained cardio. During class our coaches will challenge you through new exercises and refining your form through circuit training and intervals. No matter the time of day that fits your schedule we will offer the same unique daily programming across all locations. Our coaches bring tremendous energy, motivation & knowledge while guiding you through purpose-driven programming. Our 45-minute KA Ride will leave you feeling energized and accomplished. At PIVOT we make it simple, pick the time that works for you and we guarantee you will have a great RIDE - don't let the style dictate your precious time. Our highly experienced instructors are empowered to bring their best to each class they lead. Our studio brings state-of-the-art cycling classes signed and endorsed by 3x Olympic Gold Medalist Kristin Armstrong. Cycling is a life-time activity – It is a
healthy and non-impactful way to move. Our top instructors will bring with them amazing music, a focused program and the best part – community comes together. Whether you want to zone out and feel the rhythm of the ride through uplifting music or train for a 50-mile ride we can accomplish our goals together in the KA Cycling Studio.

IGNITE is a low-impact total body workout designed to improve muscle strength and tone — to protect your joints from injury through smaller movements and high repetition. Other benefits include maintaining flexibility, balance, increased metabolism, mobility, balance, and performance of everyday tasks. This class combines bodyweight exercises, bands, and free weights to create a full body BURN with special emphasis on hips, glutes and core. Our coaches will customize the impact level to suit your individual needs.
This is a fast-paced full body workout that will get your heart pumping. Power IGNITE combines a HIIT style of workout with our traditional IGNITE format focused on muscle strength and tone. The combination of cardio and strength makes it a favorite “all-in-one” style of class at PIVOT. This class combines bodyweight exercises, bands, and free weights.
Yoga Flow is a 1 hour-long class that combines mindful breathing, spine healing,
balancing, and core strengthening with various flow styles. Yoga Flow is for all-levels and is a great class for gaining mobility, flexibility and mindfulness to make you a better yogi, and an all around better athlete. Our coaches will instruct an awesome flow perfect for the needs of who is in the room. All levels welcome! Please leave shoes outside of class.
In this class, coaches may guide students through various sets of more advanced
postures and creative sequencing with higher intensity and/or at a faster pace. Power Yoga links breath to movement and may include arm-balances, inversions and twists to stretch and strengthen the body. Please leave shoes outside of class.
Looking to challenge yourself? How about learning a new skill? This class embodies what it means to PIVOT by changing your intention. The focus of these classes rotate to regularly provide you with a fresh way to MOVE! Inhale. Exhale. RECOVER. Slow down with this deep stretching and mobility based class to ensure that your body is rested and ready for your next adventure! This class is best taken as a cool down after a POD, MOVE, or RIDE class or as a stand alone workout on a recovery day!
